Have you ever wondered why your photos and video from your DJI Phantom 4 or Phantom 4 Pro does not look as good as the photos or video you see others posting? It’s probably because you are using the auto mode setting for the camera on your drone. To unlock the cameras true potential, you need to put your camera into manual mode. In this video, I walk through the basics of using manual camera mode on the Phantom 4 drone. Using manual mode really does take a decent understanding of photography fundamentals. This is where Ditch Auto comes in. We produced a course that helps you understand how to shoot in manual mode on your camera. Many of the settings and options in most popular DSLR cameras are similar to what your Phantom 4 drone allows you to control. You can take our Ditch Auto course for free. Check out the link below. We are also working on producing a Ditch Auto course specifically for drone pilots. Make sure to check back as we will be releasing that course spring of 2017.
